Excellent meal, excellent time. Waiter (Claude) was friendly, forthcoming with his opinion on dinner specials and wine choices when we asked and he even surprised us with a small side "cup" of French Onion soup (one of CG's best) when we were uncertain as to Lobster Bisque or the soup! Steaks cooked exactly as requested (medRare and Med). Sides and desert equally as good. In a very crowded field, Capital Grill is easily one of (if not the) top steak houses.

In a city where there are 100's of steak house's Steak 48 is a top contender. The staff goes over and beyond expectations. The food is A+ Cant wait to return.

We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was so nice! The salad bar is fantastic, complete with smoked salmon and smoked Gouda. The only thing I can really comment on is that the chicken was a little over salted and dry, but the steaks were spot on and flavorful. I would also recommend the picante sauce to go with the meats.

One of the best steakhouses I've been to. Took my girl here for our 2-year anniversary. Lovely ambiance, amazing food/drinks/dessert. No complaints. They even brought us free champagne and a cotton candy thing for our anniversary for free. Will def be back.
