Mediterranean style dishes and a large selection of drinks are always available on the menu along with daily specials and seasonal highlights. Restaurant Spizz entrées include stuffed breast of guinea fowl, schnitzel and grilled beef with pear, green beans with bacon, BBQ potatoes and green pepper. Restaurant Spizz offers several pasta and vegetarian dishes, such as the spaghetti scampi with grilled king prawns, quinoa risotto pears and an oyster wiener schnitzel with lukewarm potato cucumber salad.

Im alten und neuen Herzen von Dresden, am Neumarkt mit Blick auf die Frauenkirche ist unser Restaurant gelegen. Aufgeteilt in verschiedene Räumlichkeiten auf zwei Etagen erleben Sie im Freiberger Schankhaus original erzgebirgische Gemütlichkeit.
Im Schankraum spüren Sie urig gesellige Brauhausatmosphäre. Der lang gestreckte Tresen mit Zapfanlage, dahinter die raumhohen Apothekerregale und zwei kupferne Sudkessel zaubern ein einzigartiges Ambiente. Bei Bier, Brezel und Plausch geht's hier recht lebhaft zu.
Ruhiger sitzen Sie im Salomoniszimmer. Durch seine Abtrennung ist dieser Raum auch für Gruppen bis 30 Personen geeignet. In Anlehnung an die Geschichte des Hauses wurde hier ein Teil der ursprünglich an diesem Standort ansässigen"Salomonis-Apotheke" nachgestaltet.
Im Sommer geht's hinaus. Unsere Terasse bietet für 180 Gäste unter freiem Himmel Platz. Sie sitzen direkt auf dem Neumarkt, um Sie herum die historische Silhouette unserer Stadt.

Recommended by the receptionist of the hotel I stayed in and what a find it was. I ate there four times in the five days I stayed in Dresden. The owners have a real handle on up to the minute hospitality. Good beer (obviously ) excellent food and superb service. I can't recommend this wonderful establishment enough. Superb

Coleslaw with bacon was freshly made and good. The spinach dumplings and mushrooms were clearly made earlier in the day and heated up. The waitress was perfect, no complaints.
