Utilizing proven methods of food preparation and presentation, the talented Head Chef Mark Schumann presents quality dishes that are sure to please any appetite. Master Brewer Matthias Richter crafts a plethora of beers using special malts and hops from surrounding areas. The Bayerische Bahnhof has multiple private and semi-private dining options, so it is ideal for special events and parties. Other features, such as the historical trolley cart, brewery tours and private brewing sessions, keep guests who visit the Bayerische Bahnhof entertained.

Established in 2012, The Max Enk is a small restaurant that is located in Leipzig City. With room to seat just more than 60 guests, the staff at The Max Enk make it their top priority to ensure that all guests are receiving impeccable service and a delicious meal. The restaurant is decorated quite simply, with white walls and long harvest style tables. The Max Enk is also home to a bar that serves not only an extensive drink list but is also made out of 300-year-old oak and serves as a focal point in the restaurant's decor.

Donnerstag bekommt ihr 3 Gänge mit der Option auf Zwischengänge und Freitag/ Samstag 5 Gang- Menüs. Das Menü ist hauptsächlich vegetarisch und in einem Gang gibt es die Option auf Fleisch oder Fisch - je nach Menü. Bitte gebt euren Wunsch vorab an.
