Two NSB locals, Terrence Dever and Greg Gabringer, had a vision to create a new dining experience combining an eclectic menu with a comfortable atmosphere, all while providing patrons with a true taste of the area.

First visit to the Spott. Made reservations and we we were seated in a nice table right away. Our server was pleasant and well versed on the menu. Food was served quickly and was delicious!!! Everything tasted fresh and we loved that it was locally sourced. The ambience is a little dark but tables were spaced nicely. Will definitely be back!

Dubdread's TapRoom is the place to go when you want great food and service. Always greeted with a "welcome and smile"...a very friendly place. No matter how busy, the wait is never long for service and food. I highly recommend the TapRoom!

Davi and Bill Bona, also Founding Partner at Nona Blue, saw American dining trending toward smaller portions with different tastes; sharing at tables had always been an option, now it was being encouraged. As the vision for Nona Blue began to come into focus, Bona and Davi began crafting their “Shareables” menu, featuring items that can be passed among an entire table or serve as a meal for a single guest.

In historic downtown Winter Garden, a few miles from Orlando’s theme parks, an intimate gourmet dining experience awaits you. Local residents rave about it, and foodies come from all over to sample the superb cuisine and intimate service of The Chef's Table at the Edgewater. Our 3 Course Prix Fixe Dinner is priced at $74.99 per person, consists of 4 choices/course. Pricing may vary on holidays. Guests must be over the age of 8 to dine at the Chef's Table, which generally takes 2 hours.

Brunch is now served on Sat & Sun at our Tasting Room.

Recent awards include the Florida Trend Golden Spoon, Orlando Magazine Dining Awards, winning Best Restaurant, Best Kept Secret, Best Wine Pairing Dinner, Most Romantic Rendezvous, & Best Chef's Table. For diners wanting a more casual evening, our Tasting Room serves brunch, small plates, large plates & craft cocktails, and does not require a reservation.
Group dining features dining areas for group sizes 10-60.

Kiara provided excellent service as I met a friend for lunch. The cosmos were fruity and refreshing, the flat bread was flavorful and tasty, the soup was creamy and chock ful of artichokes and chicken, the salmon and crab cake hit the spot and we wrapped it up with a delicous raspberry cannoli dessert cup. Seasons 52 always delivers a memorable experience, Kiara was exceptional!

As always, everything was very delicious… It was very crowded and we made a last-minute reservation so we had to sit outside on the sofas, but I have to tell you it is so lovely out there. It was nice and cool and breezy.
