Best sushi we’ve had since moving to Orlando. Very reasonably priced! We did every app and 2 omakase with a few extra pieces and left for about $100/pp. will definitely be back! The chefs knew their fish and really went above and beyond to explain everything to us

Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

We dined at Roka Hula twice this week, and each experience has been absolutely stellar! From the moment we walked in, the creative ambiance set the tone for a memorable meal. The decor and atmosphere are unlike anything we’ve seen—it’s clear that a lot of thought went into making this space truly unique. The menu is as creative as the setting, offering a range of dishes and drinks that are not only beautifully presented but also incredibly flavorful. Each bite was a delight, and it’s clear the kitchen takes great pride in delivering excellence. The cocktails were equally impressive—carefully crafted and full of bold, balanced flavors. The service was impeccable both times. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Superb entreées and excellent service. The views of the planes in the evening also were a pleasant contrast to usual crowded seating. Not cheap but worth the price for anyone staying at the hotel in the airport.

Beautiful view of the nicely painted Frontier planes. Food was good, but took awhile to get it. Waitress did not come back to check on me, but I was able to pay on the app and leave.
