We are a small family owned and operated restaurant that pride ourselves on curating a beautiful blend of ambiance, service, and food that is cooked from scratch. Pompano Grill offers a variety of dishes to satisfy any palate and to celebrate any life moment, or just celebrate life itself. Our specialty is our preparation of fresh locally caught seafood. We specialize in making our own tortilla and variety of salsas from scratch no one else has.
At milpa there is an attention to details that take each dish up a notch by our chef the cuisine Chef Andreyna Maldonado that serves each taco with it's own beer complements and balances all the ingredients for each perfectly.
Our cocktail menu focuses on agave based drinks with a concentration on Mezcal. our wine list brings you great Mexican wines hard to find along with many others that pair well with our dishes.

We want you to feel at home at Sage Bistro, Cape Canaveral Florida. We offer a warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone is welcome. Families, friends, and even pets (on a leash) are invited to experience the Floridian vibes that Sage Bistro provides. Enjoy lunch or dinner and select from an array of food items. You can enjoy everything from homemade burgers, gourmet hoagies and homemade soups to our fresh salads, seafood, steak, veal, chicken, pork, and homemade pasta options. Compliment your experience with a selection of fine liquors, wines and beers from around the world! We also have a kid friendly menu which of course includes ice cream! Outside seating is cozy and dog-friendly. If you're lucky, you may even see a rocket launch out of Kennedy Space Center which can be viewed right from our restaurant. Parking information: Guests may park on levels two, three, and four. Level two of our garage offers complimentary three hour parking in the highlighted green spaces by registering your license plate via text to (321) 218-5881. All vehicles parked outside of our highlighted green spots will be charged $2.00 per hour and will need to text 'pay' to 321-218-5881 with a photo of the license plate. Cameras monitor the garage at all times.
