At Bayviews we have a seasonal menu and it paints a portrait of the region using the highest quality ingredients that we can find, focusing on six key areas: land, ocean, vineyards, livestock, dairy and orchard.

Highly recommend the squid entree and the pumpkin gnocchi. Cannelloni really impressed the meat eater and sous vide chicken was delicious.

I love the food but dislike the time we have for a meal, very annoying, pushed out very quickly, I don’t find that anywhere else in the local area.

Milicia is a small and intimate trattoria tucked away in the centre of Ulverstone. The interior has been specifically designed to create warmth and the feeling of being abroad with classic rendered walls, terazzo bench tops and handmade timber tables. Milicia presents and small yet delectable menu with everything from slow fermented pizza’s to rustically plated handmade pasta. Supreme menu, wonderful service, value for money. I had the Bush Chook. Absolutely wonderful and I think it was over half a chicken. My wife had the smoked cheese seafood toast which was spectacular. Highly recommended you try it. We went for lunch as we know it's super busy at night
