We had a wonderful Mother's Day experience at Moxies! Our waitress, Jessica, was absolutely fabulous—warm, personable, and genuinely attentive. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and added such positive energy to our afternoon. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right mix of modern style and cozy comfort. It made for the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a great meal as a family. Excellent service, great food, and a great vibe!

We arrived at 6:30 and our table was all set with a high chair for the 8 month old in our group. So thoughtful. We found the service terribly slow. We were at our table for 2.5 hours which is very long with a young child. Drink service was slow. Oysters delivered and no one set out what kind of oysters were on our platter. Caesar salad was very late arriving. Food was good. No quality check until we were well through our meals. We dined at your restaurant when we were in Halifax in April and it was a totally different experience. Sorry, afraid to recommend.

Love this restaurant. I had the raw beef tenderloin and the parsley that came with it was an important part of the taste experience. Otherwise if not included in your forkful the meat was slightly underseasoned. I really enjoyed the Italian colado cocktail. The Italian sausage pasta was too salty however. But I LOVE the 25% off bar menu between 4 and 6. And I love the maître de’s attention to his guests. Also the wonderful host who greeted us was lovely. Thank you for a memorable birthday dinner.
