Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The menu at Ristorante Bartolotta dal 1993 invites you to take a culinary journey through regional Italy, from the coast of Sicily to the peaks of the Italian Alps. This is one of our favorite restaurants! The consistency and quality of the food, is outstanding! Our waitress, Donna, makes the whole experience even better! She is absolutely fantastic

It was ok - steaks were pricey and undercooked. Would like to see more menu options. Most supper clubs provide the relish tray at no charge - our group was disappointed it wasn’t provided. Has plenty of room to grow and improve.

Outstanding good and excellent service. The fixed price menu of three courses had superb food and good value when compared to other top rated restaurants where items have to be ordered separately.

It was well worth the price. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the dinner. We were able to communicate with each other. The food and service were The only thing I was disappointed about is the 18% gratuity on the check and was not able to remove it. The service we had was wonderful, but if I had a so-so service I wouldn't have wanted to tip that much. I didn't like that they made a decision for me on how much to tip (even though I was actually giving my server more than what they did) I prefer to pay in cash.

Met all our expectations. Staff attentive. Joshua, our waiter, very good in all ways. Food portions huge. Challenging to find. On 5th in the Hilton Hotel. Old building, cool architecture. Memorable evening.

Came to Stella for a business dinner and we are so glad we did. The steak was probably the most tender and juicy steak we've had a long time. You could cut the steak with a butter knife! The asparagus was cooked perfect along with the to die for mac and cheese. The wagyu pasta was incredible. Everything about our dinner was perfection! We'll definitely will be coming back next year!
