Brewery
St Peters
About the restaurant
When a brewing legend confesses to his son that his best brews are still within him, the son decides to change that. To develop a craft brewery. Where beers crafted by expert palates and perfected over decades can be shared right now. Pilsners and pale ales. Amber ales and radlers. Friends and family. Memories and moments. That legend is Chuck Hahn. This is that brewery. Chuck and Son’s Brewing Co.

Chuck n Sons is our new favourite and go to brewery! The food is amazing, everything on the menu is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crafted (you must try the burger and fries). Their beers are top-notch, offering a great variety of unique brews to try, cocktails are tasty too — the old fashion is definitely a winner here! Plus, it's a great place to bring kids, with a laid-back atmosphere and a friendly staff that makes families feel welcome.

Excellent Balkan food, and that is from a Balkan family. The Balkan Mixed Grill plate is amazing with lots of different options (favourites were the chicken thigh which was moist and well seasoned, and the semi smoked sausage), and the Uvijaci which is their signature dish was so good! Fantastic Tiramisu, and give the Rikija Rita cocktail a go. It’s a beautiful margarita alternative.

Second time around to Jazushi and this time we brought friends! Food was even better this time round. We realised the dishes are easier to share for 2 but that’s not a negative worth giving a lower rating for (just a heads up to bigger groups). We still all managed to enjoy all the amazing flavours and the impeccable vibe.

we all enjoyed our meals. We think it is a great place for a Sunday lunch One was a bit disappointed with the mint sauce..... I think she liked it thicker but she said it tasted great and then said I could have done with more! We all were pleasantly surprised with the addition of beetroot and we thought Ally went out of her way for us

The Rocks
About the restaurant

The Doss House - where fine whiskies and cocktails meet the historical char of one of the oldest suburbs, The Rocks. Combine this with one of our famous Cheese Boards or Ploughman's Platters from our ever-changing menu and you might have just found your perfect spot to spend the day sipping on premium spirits. Tugged away between George St and Kendall Lane we're right there but so hidden at the same time.

Recapturing the convivial spirit of Sydney’s formative years, the original sandstone walls of The Doss House bring warmth to our unique basement bar which features a beautiful terrace area and rare original fireplaces.

Built in the 1840s, what we call The Doss House today has been the home to a rich, eclectic collection of tenants including a boot maker, boarding house, doctor’s surgery and opium dealer, some which have been entwined within the interiors of the five, cosy bar spaces.
