It was a nice experience, maybe the food took a little bit long to arrive but it was good, so I guess it was worth it :)

Overall I was satisfied with dinner at LeDeux. There was lapses in service early on where it took about 10 minutes for a server to come over and small lapses, perhaps due to the language barrier, between some courses. I started with oysters that were nice an briny with half having a very nice yuzu granita. My entree of Duck was ok, a little overcooked and I wondered if it was being held because it was during a particularly long lapse in service perhaps due to miss communication between the server and I. Dessert was very good and paired with a very nice late harvest wine that I selected. Wine list is pretty extensive, I am not sure if they had a somm on staff but my waiter recommended a nice bottle from a varietal (Spatbeurgunder) that I selected. I would have liked to see German Sekt on the list but overall it mostly European and included a good variety of German wines. I was seated outside where most patrons were seated, overall it was quite lively with a variety of couples and families seated in the quite courtyard.

I would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was incredible and not something you would usually prepare at home. The service and ambiance were also amazing. Women also received a rose from the service at the end of the dinner. They were also very accommodating regarding our little dog joining us. Just simply incredible! We will visit this restaurant again - Thank you!
