Brüdigams has existed in the heart of Eimsbüttel since 2011 and has been run by chef Marco Krüger and co-owner Laura Gsellmann since September 2020. Here, upscale bistro cuisine meets a cozy, personal ambience. As far as possible, regional, seasonal products are served without frills, but with a sophisticated kitchen standard. We like it extraordinary and down-to-earth at the same time. The heart of every restaurant is the kitchen, they say ... However, for us a good meal also includes familiar, uncomplicated and professional service, which makes the evening an all-round successful experience.

Direkt neben unserer Fleischerei, dem BEISSER Stammhaus am Eppendorfer Baum 4, befindet sich Tür an Tür das "Entre Nous - by Beisser". Das kleine Restaurant mit seinen 32 Plätzen reizt mit seiner privaten Athmosphäre. Hier kann man auf den gemütlichen Bänken und Ohrensesseln einen guten Abend verbringen.

We had here one of the most delicious steaks we’ve ever had. Very simply served, but amazingly tasty. As a side dish, we tried potatoes with truffel mayo. Was also great. And the wine, again perfect. Staff was very kind and professional. Ambiance and music are great. Toilets are amazingly clean. Surely not cheap, but definitely worth for this quality. Highly recommended.

Die “Marend” ist eine deftige Tiroler Pause oder Jause. Also eine Zwischenmahlzeit oder auch Brotzeit, bei der gelacht wird und die Menschen zueinander finden. In alten Zeiten wurde die “Marend” nach der Feldarbeit in geselliger Runde zu sich genommen und mit einem Stamperl Schnaps abgerundet. Krustiges Schwarzbrot, scharfe Messer, Bergwurzen (kleine Würstchen), derbes Holzbrett, durchzogener Speck und Tiroler Bergkäse gehören zu einem Lebensgefühl von Ehrlichkeit, Bergsteigen, Wandern und dem Mut zur Zufriedenheit.

Wonderful restaurant. Our server made it even more so - he was funny and entertaining but also helped us with our wine selections and in general was excellent! The food was perfectly proportioned - and they actually brought fresh bread to our table with olive oil too!

in der Cucina d’Elisa.
Die Cucina verfügt über 65 Innenplätze (Plus 1 Séparée für 10 Personen) und weitere 50 Außenplätze auf der überdachten Terrasse. Es gibt zwei Restaurantbereiche mit jeweils ca. 30 Sitzplätzen.
Unsere Räume werden auch gern für Veranstaltungen genutzt. Die Cucina bietet ein entspanntes Speisen in unkonventioneller, charmanter und privater Atmosphäre.
Zwischen den beiden Restauranträumen kann man auf Barhockern an der Bar sitzen und ungezwungen essen und ein Gläschen Wein trinken. Und wenn die Musik ab und zu ein wenig lauter gestellt wird, offenbart die Cucina einmal mehr ihren fröhlichen, lebendigen, persönlichen, einladenden und charmanten Charakter.
