A destacar el menú (5 + tiempos) que es toda una experiencia culinaria al que hay que darle su tiempo para apreciarlo en su justo valor. Restaurante lindo, nuevo, personal amable, el cantante no tan bueno! falta mas afinacion! y las propinas deberian de ser a voluntad si se quiere! y no pasar de mesa a mesa a mas o menos exijir propina! cae mal... La comida rica, pero la feichoada no es la clasica que se come en Brasil...

So sorgt etwa der variationsreiche Umgang mit Temperaturen, Konsistenzen und Geschmackskombinationen immer wieder für Überraschungen - besonders spannend bei vermeintlich Altbekanntem.
Durch aromatische Fonds, fast vergessene Kräuter- und Gemüsesorten, sowie ausgefallene Öle entstehen auf diese Weise neue, erfahrenswerte Sinnesfreuden.
