I enjoyed my experience at The Republic of the Rio Grand it was good. The service was amazing and the food was good! I wouldn’t definitely go back if I’m in the area again.

The whole night was fantastic. The meal was great, the wine was great. Blossum, our server, was fantastic! We will definitely go back and ask for Blossum.

The drinks were great, the food very good. The only problem, too many steps for older folks! We had to use the service elevator to get down to our table! Beautiful views made up for the inconvenience.

No hassle on reservation, quickly sat down, It does feel distant though if seating across, but we sit next to each other anyways. Food was delicious, normally I get stakes everywhere so decided to change it up, was not disappointed on my meal selection, nor was she on her chicken plate. Guava cake was on point at the very end after being suggested by Sergio our waiter. Food presentation, service, atmosphere, music on point. Will definitely come back.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary. Food was delicious. We don't know about the bread because it was not offered. The only problem is that it's way too expensive for regular people. I understand why the place was almost empty when we arrived. They are going to price themselves out of the market

The food was utterly amazing! The bread, mushroom risotto, and crab cakes were wonderful appetizers. The brazed short rib with butter mashed potatoes & sauteed mushrooms and the New York strip with duck fat & black truffle potatoes were excellent. It was truly an amazing dinner. We will be back soon!!

Liam’s was awesome we had a very nice server and would check on us often I had the A5 Japanese wagyu and when I tell you that this stake was amazing it was AMAZING definitely a must try at this Stakehouse. My wife had a Roma pasta and it to was absolutely delicious over all the experience was amazing sitting by the window facing the beach with a beautiful sunset in the back was to die for overall Liam’s was a great place to dine at and I would highly recommend it for a nice dinner out.
