L’ ATELIER is inspired by childhood memories of home-cooked meals at the owner’s grandmother's farm.
Food lovers, we are a steakhouse " à la Française,” where a chalkboard menu highlights local fish & world’s class meats from France and beyond including USDA Prime Black Angus, Japanese Wagyu (Kobe and Kagoshima), Australian Wagyu beef, Iberico black pig, free-range lamb, duck, and dry-aged Black Pearl beef.
From the ocean, try our Kihada tuna steak of sashimi quality, mahi-mahi as fresh ceviche or crusted with fresh herbs, and our lobster linguini in a homemade creamy lobster bisque.
Vegetarian friends, you haven’t been forgotten and try our vegetarian risotto prepares minute just for you.
Our cocktails are crafted by our skilled mixologist, and our wine list features over 70 varieties.
Make sure to leave room for L’Atelier's signature dessert or the Chef’s special dessert.
This unique venue welcomes family and friends from Monday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Hands down, the best restaurant on Saint Martin! The ribeye was of the highest quality, and moreover succulent with every bite! Returning again at the end of this week!

From the amuse-bouche to the pavlova, the meal was perfect. We returned for the same before we left St. Martin. Triggerfish, escargot and chicken with morel sauce…all amazing and consistent. La Villa Fizz is a must. Christophe and his staff are the best. Such hospitality!!

This was our second visit to La Villa Hibiscus, and we were not disappointed. Hands down one of the best meals/ experiences of our life. We chose the 6-course discovery menu- each dish was better than the next and their own work of art. The attention to detail, flavor combinations and creativity were incredible. The cocktails (and mocktails!) were so inventive. The staff also takes the time to make sure each guest has an experience tailored to their preferences and considers all allergies. Absolutely a night we won't forget- thanks again for an amazing experience! La Villa Hibiscus is truly one-of-a-kind.

We recently won the Sxm Gastronomic Festival with the 1rst price of the public, which is memorable for us as we are famous for local people, who come several times per week around offices. It isn’t only for tourist as many places are!

La Terrasse did not disappoint! I was looking forward to coming here despite not knowing what the menu would be, as my partner can be quite picky. We came here on a night with a beautiful sunset which was accompanied by some sprinkles. However, the terrace is covered, which was convenient, and overlooks Marigot harbor. It was beautiful! The waiters were very friendly and welcoming. The menu was great with a lot of good choices. The food was absolutely delicious. We had chicken egg rolls and shrimp tempura with french onion soup for appetizers, all great. My partner had the roasted chicken supreme, which he enjoyed. I had the roasted sea bass with creamy lobster sauce - it was phenomenal! Everything was so fresh and well flavored. We even met the cat on the property, who was friendly, and a great addition to the evening! Overall, we were very pleased.
