With a spacious, visually stunning design, the 72 seat ‘alfresco’ restaurant combines seamlessly with an extensive contemporary lounge and dramatic full service bar.Fusion Rooftop blends true feng shui with the four natural elements. The natural harmony comes to life as you enter to a green and vibrant ‘live wall’, with a central Zen water-table creating a calm and central oasis. Fire pits combine with the constantly cooling trade-winds, which flow through the restaurant, to sustain the perfect ambience for entertaining.
Fusion Rooftop offers a high class, yet informal, dining style. With a philosophy of authentically sophisticated cuisine, the menu is comprehensive and alluring, whilst being approachable for every palate.

Cocktail Kitchen was created from 2 of our favorite things in Barbados: Food & you guessed it - RUM ! At Cocktail Kitchen, as they say.. there ain’t no food more full of flava’ & no rum sweeta’! Put the two together and you get the ultimate casual dining experience, with our own unique, modern CK twists here & there of course.
**Rooftop dining is available on a first come, first serve basis. Though we will try our best to accommodate your request, please note it can only be confirmed on arrival at the restaurant

Built in the 1800 as a very modest Bajan home, Dis Ole House is now living its best life hosting people to take part in our wonderful island’s culinary flavors. We offer a very stark contrast to the much grander Sam Lord's Castle at whose gates we are neatly nestled. We provoke curiosity and experiences where little touches like our enamel tableware will make any Bajan smile with yesteryear nostalgia.
