With 180 degree elevated views of the ocean, and beside the Bight Park the this Mediterranean, costal-living, fine dining restaurant is focused on food and celebrating life. It seeks to create a memorable atmosphere through architecture, food, service, music, lighting, and ambiance. The focus is to bring people together at the same table through the celebration of culinary art. Dishes are crafted by Executive Sous Chef Dennis Omega to stimulate the senses with delicate aromas, bold flavors, vibrant colors and textural contrast. Signature dishes include raw fish dishes, swordfish crudo, Duo of Tuna, vegetarian options such as tomato tartare and truffle gnocci, and lush dishes beef tenderloin with potato cube gratins and NY strip steak. The goal is to provide guests with a gastronomic journey - both indulgent and memorable. The restaurant is part of a larger project on the site that boasts elevated 180 degree views of the ocean The Bight by Dream Hotel Group.

From the moment we met the hostesses to the birthday treats and complimentary limoncello from the owner, this was by far our favorite dining experience on our trip! There are no words to describe the amazing flavors of the lasagna, the mouth watering scallops (that we ordered as an appetizer and another order as an entree:) tuna tartare and grilled branzino with the creamiest risotto we’ve ever had:) Beautiful atmosphere above the palms with a view of the ocean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend for an amazing dining experience!

We had a very special night at the Vita though we decided to sit in the bar area. Yes, the view was great in being so close to the water and appreciating the beautiful sunset. The food was excellent as were the drinks. The dj played a great mixture of songs which was fun. Nice servers! Overall great evening!!

The experience is elevated dining in a sleek and modern décor by NY designer Thom Felicia. We feature open air dining with a romantic view unique to the resort. The menu focuses on ‘new Caribbean’ cuisine with dishes that are light and delicious packed with lots of flavor with island inspiration. Infiniti highlights fresh ingredients and a menu that will comfort guests with items like jerk chicken or a Dungeness crab toast and satisfy with savory tamarind roasted salmon and grilled TCI spiny lobster (when in season) to name a few. Ceviches and sashimi style crudos are paired with local ingredients and asian inspired sauces to create a unique experience for Providenciales. Start with a mahi mahi ceviche in a thai red curry sauce before trying the sensational angus beef tartare with tobikko caviar.

Food was so good along with service staff! While we ate dinner a lovely lady was singing throughout dinner! Just a great time in all! Went back next day for lunch! Great lunch menu!
