Wymara's premiere poolside restaurant and bar, INDIGO, by Chef Andrew Mirosch features fresh, wild-caught seafood, char-grilled premium branded meats, a wide selection of other entrees and starters, along with a raw bar selection, pasta's and food from the garden, with many dishes featuring Caribbean spicing and influences.

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. INDIGO restaurant and bar features Chef Andrew Mirosch's Caribbean inspired cuisine complimented with mixologist craft cocktails and spirits along with an extensive international wine list.

Dishes are crafted by Executive Sous Chef Dennis Omega to stimulate the senses with delicate aromas, bold flavors, vibrant colors and textural contrast. Signature dishes include raw fish dishes, swordfish crudo, Duo of Tuna, vegetarian options such as tomato tartare and truffle gnocci, and lush dishes beef tenderloin with potato cube gratins and NY strip steak. From the moment we met the hostesses to the birthday treats and complimentary limoncello from the owner, this was by far our favorite dining experience on our trip! There are no words to describe the amazing flavors of the lasagna, the mouth watering scallops (that we ordered as an appetizer and another order as an entree:) tuna tartare and grilled branzino with the creamiest risotto we’ve ever had:) Beautiful atmosphere above the palms with a view of the ocean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend for an amazing dining experience!
