Outstanding experience! If you want something completely different and elevated on the island this is it. The food was unbelievable, so many flavors. Chef was fantastic about plating it before you and explaining it. The service was top notch. All in all not something you experience everyday. Kudos!

INDIGO restaurant and bar also features a separate thoughtfully curated Wellness Menu of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Housemade desserts are also an INDIGO specialty.

The name INDIGO was inspired by the deep color tones of the Caribbean sea and is also the name of Chef Andrew's second daughter. Food was very good, when we asked the waiter what the food item was that we were tasting, he didn’t know and never came back with an answer. Wait staff should know what they are serving. Outside of that we really enjoyed the food and restaurant.
