From the moment you enter through its discreet entrance, you’re transported into a world of moody lighting, antique apothecary decor, and an spoky vibe. The cocktail menu is exceptional—creative, balanced, and beautifully presented, with house-made infusions and unique flavor profiles. Madame Janette was founded on April 2nd 1999. The restaurant developed into a place, which offers fine dining in a casual atmosphere.
Karsten, a European Master Chef, trained in ‘old school’ traditions creates, with help from his knowledgeable international staff, tasteful and creative dishes.
Their combined worldwide experience gives their dishes an original flavor with a touch of Caribbean in it.

Wonderful from start to finish. It is always a special experience at Madame Janette! The service and food are outstanding and it’s such a unique atmosphere. Will definitely come back next time we are in Aruba. Favorite meal and overall experience for this entire vacation.

Food was very flavorful. For starters we tried the coconut shrimp and they were exceptional. For our mains, we tried the grouper, red snapper, mahi mahi and pasta with shrimp scampi and it was all so delicious. Even the burger from the kids meal was amazing. Service great. Ambiance nice as they had a violinist. Would definitely recommend.

We had an early dinner so few other customers were dining. We were able to catch happy hour, so that was a plus. The nachos were mediocre, the cheese seemed more like “cheeze whiz” but we ate them! We had French Onion soup that was delicious. The view of the Divi trees and the water was beautiful.
