Omakase” which means "I'll leave it to you" (from Japanese "to entrust") In American English, the expression is used at sushi restaurants to leave the selection to the chef.
The Chef will present a series of plates, beginning with the lightest and proceeding to heavier, richer dishes. When ordering Omakase, expect the Chef to be innovative and surprising in the selection of dishes. Ordering from the menu is available as well. Located next to Ike's Bistro at the Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa and features an illuminated bar, comfortable seating, boutique feel and ambiance.

We did the 4 course menu where the chef decides our meal and we had no complaints. From start to finish the meal was fantastic, the service was friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was perfect. One of the best meals we had the entire week, the price was reasonable to the quality of the food. Highly recommend.

The food was great, and the ambiance was wonderful. It wasn't super packed like the other restaurants in Palm Beach which made the experience more enjoyable. The Rockshrimp Buns are amazing and must try! We shared 4 different 'not so small eat' which made trying a variety of dishes nice. I'd recommend this spot to both tourists and locals!
