Super busy at lunch, so great for them. However food took a long time to come out. Great wait staff. When the food did come, it was great!

Fun Mother’s Day buffet. Food was delicious and beautifully presented in the buffet. Staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt with their service. Big thumbs up.

Carson Kitchen is a fantastic part of the be SLC restaurant scene. The food is a good blend of basic American favorites with a twist, like the crispy fried chicken skins served with smoked honey. The Killer Shrimp is a MUST. We've been enough times to have tried a good portion of the menu and everything we've eaten is good. The service is friendly and accommodating whether the restaurant is packed or you're there early and have the place to yourselves. The prices are good for the very good cuisine, not as expensive as other places with food that is not quite as delicious!

It was a small menu. I would’ve liked more selection. The bacon wrap dates were delicious for an appetizer. The service was great.

My husband and I liked nearly everything about this restaurant. The food was very delicious and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. However, I don’t understand why the music has to be so loud that you cannot have a conversation with the person sitting next to you. I really enjoyed listening to music and going to concerts where it’s loud, but this music was too loud for me and my husband to hear what the waitress was saying. I really enjoyed my time there and if I go back, I’ll be sitting outside so the music from the DJ won’t be an interruption to having any kind of conversation.

The vibes were great, service was fantastic. The food was delicious. We ordered the beet hummus, Mediterranean salad, and the bolognese, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in the downtown SLC area.
