Kawa Omakase is upscale modern ambiance, French Italian techniques infused with Japanese Cuisine, offering sophisticated tasting menus.

Omakase has a modern ambiance lounge up front with a counter top dining room in the back. Connecting both rooms with long hallway of wine display. 18 seats available and is limited to 38 people per day.

It is here where guests wisely place their faith in the hand of Executive Chef, Bit “Sunny” Ko where each dish is thoughtfully hand crafted by scratch. Each individual course stands as its own full dish of skillful preparation that includes mind blowing amuse bouche and not so traditional nigiri.

At over two hours, this is an extended and enchanting experience, enhanced by wine and sake pairings where all element is introduced and explained to guests by the light-hearted and engaging team.

Cafe Momentum is a non-profit restaurant that serves as a paid post-release internship for juvenile offenders. Youth are released from detention into the sheltered environment of Café Momentum’s post-release program. Café Momentum’s program teaches critical skills that allow youth to re-enter society in a safe, real-world environment of nurturing accountability. By participating in our program, at-risk young people rotate through every aspect of the restaurant from waiting tables to washing dishes, while working side-by-side with established chefs.

The paid internship gives them the opportunity to exercise and practice their new skills while continuing to develop leadership, social, and vocational skills for as long as they choose to maintain involvement with Café Momentum. Additionally, Café Momentum works with the Dallas County Juvenile Justice Department to serve youth deemed highest risk for incarceration.

Purepecha is incredible. Dinner here felt like stepping right into a scene from the movie Nonnas. Warm, nostalgic, and full of heart. It felt like being back in abuela’s kitchen. Comforting, familiar, and full of flavor. If we’re ever back in Dallas we’ll definitely be back.

Great dining experience today. Our server was great! Friendly, attentive and knowledgable. We had pimento cheese toast and chips & guac to start. Then we enjoyed the burgers with tallow fries. Everything was delicious, hot and appealing to the eye! We really enjoyed our lunch.

This place is a standout! The wagyu roll was rich and packed with flavor — an absolute must-try. The avocado roll was perfect, with creamy avocado and lobster mix created just the right texture. Every dish was fresh and beautifully plated. Service was friendly and attentive, and the vibe was relaxed yet refined. Can’t wait to come back!

Pizzas are top notch and were prepared very quickly when we attended on a Monday at around 6pm. Appetizers were a hit with meatballs and brussel sprouts. Caesar salad is a great choice with a tasty dressing. To me the red sauce is the best so I had the Zoli which includes spicy sopressata, a special treasure for those with a spicy tongue.

We love Selda! Always went to the Addison location even after we moved to Little Elm. Now we have one 10 minutes away, can’t beat that. The food is always amazing and staff is great!
