La Hacienda Ranch did not disappoint once again. The food, margaritas and service were top notch as always. We highly recommend the Steak Fajitas! Using the Open table app to make a reservation ahead of time, greatly reduced the wait time for getting a table.

Wonderful, creative food in an environment that reminds you of eating in someone’s home served by the family who lives there. In reality, it is a family affair to prepare the food and Gino who describes each dish always paints a beautiful picture of the dish and its ingredients and its significance. Dining room seats only 8 at a communal table. Best restaurant experience in Dallas.

Food is consistently good. We had a very good waiter today. Took extra care and anticipated our needs. We always had full drink glasses. He is also one of the only waiters who does the whole queso on the chip thing which we appreciate and enjoy. We drive from Midlothian just to come here.

I've been here in the past, but this time the food was particularly exceptional. The atmosphere was lively and fun. Our server was patient, even though we moved tables on him, and he always made sure our beverages were filled. He engaged with us in a warm way and made our visit relaxing. I love their chips and salsa, which is a key component to any Mexican food restaurant. If the chips and salsa aren't great, the whole experience is lessened. Luckily, the chips and salsa were delicious. One unexpected surprise was the amazing mixed veggies. Usually these are bland and sidenote , but the ones here are worthy of a repeat visit. The bean soup was so yummy that I plan on coming back just for those two things alone. I chowed down on the generous portions and didn't even touch my enchiladas because I was enjoying them so much. They're in the to go box to enjoy later. I'm putting Mariano's back in rotation. Well done.

The food is dependably delicious at Meso Maya. Love the queso blanca poblano and Del Mar enchiladas! However I’ve noticed over the last year the amount of avocado in the enchiladas has decreased to a minimal amount. It’s now just one little slice in each one. Disappointing.

Everything about our meal at Meso Maya was superb! The chicken mole, guacamole, margaritas, brisket enchiladas....ALL OF IT was good! Even the chocolate lava cake was incredible! DO NOT miss out on this experience!
