Return to simple, primal, rustic style cooking. 6,000 Sq Feet, 1500 Bottle Wine Room, Old & New World Burgundies, Bottles from the Northwest. Another outstanding experience at Bob’s! Steaks perfectly cooked; pasta with shrimp flavorful and delicious, wonderful bread, Blue Cheese salad, onion rings, lobster bisque-all outstanding; and the DESSERT! The Crème brûlée was fantastic, and the chocolate cake and carrot cake were humongous and tasted like heaven! Andrew was a perfectly attentive and wonderful server and the wine picked out by the new sommelier picked out the perfect wine to pair with our steaks. Always a fantastic meal and experience.

Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. As always, The Capital Grille never fails to be amazing. The food is superb, service is excellent and the atmosphere is warm. We celebrated our anniversary and it was perfect. Even the parking valet wished us a Happy Anniversary. So much attention to detail and creating a wonderful experience for its patrons. It’s a shame every restaurant isn’t as customer focused. Definitely one of our go-to places for celebrations.

When visiting the restaurant, patrons descend 18 feet underground in a canopied glass elevator, accessed from street level, for a culinary experience unlike any other. The American Steakhouse offers an expansive 1,800 square foot subterranean courtyard allowing patrons to dine al fresco and enjoy a New Orleans-inspired exterior space. This cool oasis is complete with a 20 foot, 5-tiered granite water wall, multi-tiered landscaping, lava rock fire pit, and black granite bar. Dakota's below-ground patio has long been considered one of the city's most romantic dining spots.

We believe the best steaks come from the best cut and quality. That’s why we get all of our beef fresh from renowned beef purveyors, Allen Brothers. Each cut is corn and grain fed USDA Prime steak that our chef handpicks. Each steak is aged for a minimum of 28 days for a perfectly tender, juicy bite every time.

It is our goal to give you a great meal every time you join us for lunch or dinner.

Thank you to Stillwells and the team for making my birthday special. Noah you’re a gem and they are lucky to have you. He was very attentive, kind, and funny. Each dish that came out was bursting with flavors. I highly recommend the beef dumplings. The manager stopped by to wish me a happy birthday which was a pleasant touch. I originally had reserved the bar top but it fell through and I’m happy it did :)
