Kent
About the restaurant
For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. "It's one of the dishes I developed, it has no cream in it, no butter." It's a delicious pasta dish that utilizes olive oil, garlic, chicken stock, garlic, balsamic vinegar, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, and chicken. So whether it's bruschetta, cioppino, pizza, or spaghetti and meatballs, Paul thanks each of you for choosing to dine here.

This is always our go to date night place. It never disappoints! This evenings summer specials menu was spectacular! We had the Burrata appetizer and grilled pear and apple salad followed by the chicken Marsala risotto! SPECTACULAR! I hope these make it on to the regular menu! Way to go Paul, yet another amazing dinner.

It’s always a special occasion visit for our family of four. Making a reservation ensures a table on busy weekends. 5pm is not a super busy time but I felt like our server didn’t stop by our table much. All our drinks were empty and we flagged him down eventually for a refill. Long time between clearing plates, to dessert menu to bill. But the food was amazing. Prices are high but we know this and that’s why we only go once or twice a year. Love the glass water cups. The fabric napkins and ambiance.

We enjoy going to this Anthony's to celebrate my mom's birthday in July. The food and drinks are always good, but the restaurant gets so hot in the summer. I love the view but would love to see the A/C turned up especially for the poor waiters and servers! Also wish there were additional choices for sides and veggies.

Enjoyed dinner. Promptly seated after we were asked for our table preference. Server was attentive, but not hovering. Enjoyed the appetizers, but the main reason we come is for the original clam chowder. So tasty, we had a large bowl. Highly recommend you at least try it once when you come here.

Big party group. We had a great time! Our chef was so funny. He made us laugh the whole time—five stars for the service. The fried rice was okay, but the ribeye steak was soft and flavorful. This place is excellent for special occasions since the price is higher.
