Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Walls of windows saturate our interior space with abundant natural light during the day and provide an intimate atmosphere at night. You'll find our three dining areas allow for conversations to flow comfortably yet privately for a wonderful dining experience.
We have designed a menu that allows us to be creative on a daily basis, and work within the limits of what is in season and available. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

The food is always creative and delicious. The dishes have a complexity with a combination of flavors that work. I have never had a bad meal here and the servers are attentive and personable. The coconut cake and chocolate torte are out of this world!

Reservations are strongly recommended. Our full service bar has 14 seats and accommodates walk-in's on a first come, first served basis.

While there is no dress code at Sorella, we encourage guests to dress smart casual. The music volume in the restaurant is loud with a lively vibe.

We have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals before your reservation will be canceled. No shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours will be subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. You are beholden to your party size, your party size (unless circumstances allow) cannot be adjusted. We ask that you do not make multiple reservations with the intent to be seated together.

We do our best to accommodate all guests in a timely manner. Please be mindful of your dining time with us.

Reservations are available 30 days in advance at 12:00am PST. We accept reservations for up to 6 guests a la carte. For parties larger than 6, please reach out to us by email at info@sorellaspokane.com.

Head Chef, Josh Hobbs, continues the Elkins Resort tradition of excellent dining! Experience our signature herb and parmesan Halibut or our famous 32 oz Prime bone-in Tomahawk steak. We serve the highest quality cuts of meat and fish prepared with colorful, savory sauces to bring you a dining experience that you will surely rave about. Reservations for 6 or more require a credit card, subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. A $20 per guest charge may be applied for cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours.

Open breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the summer months we invite you to relax by the lake with a meal or one of our famous Huckleberry Daiquiris. The lodge and Trapper Creek Lounge offer free wireless internet, 3 flat screen TV’s, air conditioning and a commanding view of Priest Lake and Chimney Rock. July and August offers Sunday Night movies on the lawn.

Anthony's was every bit as good as I had heard as regards the food and the view. And our server was excellent, very personable and fun. Our group of four enjoyed a lovely meal on the patio, looking at the falls and Riverfront Park and watching the sun go down. Two of our party were from out of town and they enjoyed the whole experience and I was so happy that they got to see Spokane in this way.

The food was very tasty! We loved the fried artichokes on our appetizer and in the delicious goat cheese ravioli. Wine pairings excellent. Also loved the Infante, a macadamia margarita. Service was super friendly and solid, but could be professionalized a touch more with prices like these (to be nit-picky: don't let guests sit with empty plates for long).

We enjoyed the meal and the feel of the restaurant other than it was quite noisy and hard to hear. Unfortunately we chose a date and time just prior to a nearby event so the place was full which was why it was probably noisy. Our waiter advised that it wasn’t always like that. Would definitely go again.

You would think for that expensive of a dinner, the corporation could spring for a playlist of original artists. The horrible cover bands are jolting and kill the ambiance. Service and food were great!
