Our first visit to Kirby’s Steakhouse was a phenomenal experience. Peter, our restaurant attendant, was awesome and we appreciated his guidance for food/drink selections. We’ll be visiting again soon!

Ivan was AMAZING. He gave us such a nice experience, answered all of our questions and was so polite. He made our experience everything it needed to be. I will be back solely because of him, he made my birthday everything it needed to be. Please send him my best! The food was wonderful, cooked perfectly!

We had eaten at Castle Hills Tu Asador several times, and were looking forward to a great meal at Encino. They didn’t disappoint! In fact, they exceeded our expectations in almost every way. We chose rib eye medium rare sliced on the board. It was delicious and cooked exactly as requested. We also chose potatoes, and roasted veggies as sides. Next visit we will order 2 sides of veggies. We also chose to order desserts (unusual for us) — which complemented our dining experience perfectly. Our server, Brian, was attentively helpful. He even honored my request for a Veterans discount! The only ding I would give was the excessive noise level, but that was understandable given the fact that there were several large dining parties, and live music. On a final positive note, all of the servers moved about the room quickly, as if they were on a mission. They were, and succeeded admirably. We will be back! Excellent!
