Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. Don’t judge this restaurant by the outside! Though located in a strip mall, Arturo’s Trattoria met all my expectations. Inside it is decorated with very nice with ample seating well spaced. The menu is more upscale so don’t expect lasagna or spaghetti and meatballs. Everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. We all had Caesar salads as our appetizer and it was very flavorful. I could have used a few more croutons :-) For my meal, I had the Shrimp Francese which was delicious and full of flavor. My husband had the Chicken Parmigiana and loved how delicious the marinara was. The hot bread that was served was very good with a nice crust. The olive oil could have used some spices. We shared the pineapple upside down cake with gelato for dessert and it didn’t disappoint. Our waiter and the other wait staff were very attentive and courteous.

Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.
The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

Perfect restaurant for a romantic date night with a view! The vibes were giving upscale and intimate and the food was delicious. We both ordered the lamb chops, very yummy! Will be back again for sure

The service was exceptional from being greeted quickly through drinks, menu suggestions and a perfectly delivered cheesecake birthday dessert. The beef wellington lived up to it's reputation. I would recommend this restaurant with 5 stars.

I attended the brunch service and I loved every moment. The food was high quality and delicious! The staff was friendly and took great care of us! I would go back over and over. I had an amazing time!
