Located in the historic district, Lewes Oyster House honors the rich heritage of ubiquitous and democratic oyster consumption in 18th and 19th century Middle Atlantic taverns and oyster houses. We serve inspired tavern fare, expertly prepared with fresh, regionally-sourced ingredients along with crisp lagers, interesting wines, and artisanal cocktails. All that, and a whole lot of love.

Please join us for lunch Tuesdays through Saturdays in the Tap Room, Oyster Bar or Main Bar. We do not accept reservations for lunch.

Walk-ins for dinner are always welcome first-come first-served at the Oyster and Main bar areas, all evening long beginning at 5 p.m.

Online reservations for dinner are VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED for the Walsh Room and Tap Room.

Captain's Table is consistently excellent, which is surprising for a hotel restaurant in Ocean City. We've never had a bad meal there, and the prices are decent for a restaurant in its location. The chocolate martini is a family favorite.

Always a good meal at Agave Lewes. Friendly and efficient waitstaff. Kim is our favorite. Bubbly personality and always comes over to chat with us when we are there. We live in the area and Agave Lewes is a regular dining spot. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

An Excellent Happy Hour Choice! We went to Iron Hill for Happy Hour at 4:30 pm on Monday, September 23. We began with 2 pints of Oktoberfest beer which were fresh and delicious - just what you'd expect from Festbier. Next we ordered the Bavarian soft pretzel from the regular menu and the chicken satay from the Happy Hour menu. The pretzel was hot and fresh and served with hot beer cheese and stone ground mustard. The beer cheese was mild while the mustard was spicy. Both were tasty accompaniments to the pretzel. The chicken satay turned out to be a grilled chicken breast sliced into strips. The strips were skewered to resemble satay. We asked for the spicy peanut sauce that was missing from the plate. The sauce was tasty, but brought to us cold from the refrigerator. Finally we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a single order of French fries from the Happy Hour menu. The sandwiches and fries were delicious and an excellent value.
