Verde, located in Pérez Art Museum Miami, is a modern, casual restaurant with limited indoor and socially distanced outdoor seating, with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay. The menu is locally inspired featuring dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. For those on the go, Verde’s coffee bar serves pastries and sweets, fresh juices, sandwiches and salads, and specialty coffee drinks.

Please note that reservations guarantee a table for the size of the party originally booked. We cannot accommodate requests to merge 2 or more reservations into parties greater than 6 guests.

We offer a limited number of reservations for 7-11 guests each day. Should you wish to reserve a table for a party of this size, please call us during opening hours at (305) 375-8282. For parties of 12-29, please email verdereservations@pamm.org.

The decoration of the restaurant has been carefully selected from the most important craftsmen of Mexico. We enjoy its colors, within the geometry of Mexican Art Deco architecture; framing through its brilliant black and golden colors the splendor of its magic.
With the leading role, we have our monumental bars along with one of the larges tequila and mezcal selection in town and our bar manager created delicious and sophisticate cocktails.
Every cantina is a cultural expression of the place where it is found.
Gastronomy-wise, we have an extensive menu of Mexican Cuisine dishes, offering representative dishes of each state of the country, with traditional techniques and recipes (handmade tortilla, sauces made in a molcajete ), along with avant-garde techniques such as vacuum cooking, spherification, foam, etc. We constantly update our menu and the chef’s recommendations with new and top quality ingredients.
