Very eclectic oasis in the middle of what looks like a war zone. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you off. This place was a hidden gem. Beers were decent and the Cuban sandwich and fried plantains were excellent. Parking by plate is available nearby. The restaurant doesn’t appear to have its own parking.
