The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. I want them to smell the aromas and spices and get more engaged in their meal. One of the things that I always tell my cooks is, ask questions, be inquisitive if you don’t know. I want the same for my guests."

Great food and service. A hidden gem - it looks like just a strip mall up front, but outdoor seating at the back overlooks a body of water. Plenty of parking - there is a ramp at left that takes you to rooftop parking lot, with staircase down.

Came here for a girls dinner with my dog and we had the best time!! Our server was Isa and was phenomenal! She Had excellent recommendations even for spice tolerance! I had the jerk shrimp skewers with Cuban bread with a dream fruit margarita per her suggestions! It was a nice tolerable spicy and the margarita did It’s job: not too sweet but definitely tastes its impact! Will definitely go back for a girl dinner
