MILA OMAKASE IS A 10-SEAT ENCLOSED ROOM OFFERING THE MOST EXCLUSIVE AND AUTHENTIC JOURNEY IN THE FAR EAST, MAGNIFIED BY THE MEDITERRANEAN INFLUENCES OF 26 TIME MICHELIN AWARDED CHEF MICHAËL MICHAELIDIS.

The intimate, ultra luxurious and transporting space features a massive overhanging cherry blossom tree, a Japanese craftsmanship-inspired wallpaper screen, a dramatic marble countertop, a 500-years old hinoki wood cutting board, and wall-mounted niches serving as members’ chopstick display.

The ever-changing dishes evolve according to the 72 Japanese micro-seasons, involving the most refined ingredients such as line-caught fish flown in daily, innovative vegetables and condiments, sea urchin from Hokkaido, bluefin tuna from Ehime prefecture, and Sanuki Olive Wagyu from Kagawa prefecture in Japan.

The first Bakalo’ Mykonos opened its doors in 2010 in Mykonos as a Greek casual chic eatery and immediately became the favorite spot of foodies in the island. At our Miami Beach location our commitment is to continue to offer fresh, healthy and natural Greek cuisine that reflects contemporary trends and to rediscover authentic flavors from other time adapted to the new era.
All our dishes are served family style, and fish, shellfish, meat and of course vegetarian preparations are equally present, and our wines and beers offer labels often difficult to find outside Greece.

A 360 degree bar features fresh handcrafted Bichi cocktails, premium Japanese sake, wonderful wines and Champagnes, and an international beer selection. Guests are greeted by a ceremonial Japanese torii gate - after passing through, the ordinary world is left behind, symbolically marking the transition from the mundane to the sacred.

We are an outdoor Restaurant. Sushi Bichi reservation bookings are subject to weather conditions. Most of the restaurant is not under cover.

Fun cocktails. Love the ceramic Adamo dishes. Fresh sushi, vegan options, Bichi special maki rolls have a great presentation. Skewers of shrimp & beef were great. It would be amazing if they could list any and all allergens and ingredients. It would make ordering much easier for the staff and the patrons. It created loyalty with allergen transparency. Just like in EU, the last page of the menu should have a top 9 Food allergens with icons. Just knowing the steak if often topped off with a dollop of butter without telling the patron is common in Miami, so please clarify on menu to reassure guests and you would become our local joint. Thanks

If you now about Japanese food.. this is about as good as it gets! Better than Hiden, or Shingo in coral gables!! It’s truly Japan! Love the food.. so surprised, must admit the reservation process is ridiculous.. however it’s the best!

We stayed at W Miami Beach and decided to try to available options at the hotel. The restaurant was empty when we entered. It felt like I bought the place out for the night. Our server was awesome. I looked at the menu on Open Table and decided I'd get the charcuterie board for starts. When I looked over the menu at the restaurant, it wasn't there. Our server asked the chef and they provided a very nice board. I also hoped for a beer I saw on the Open Table menu, La Fin Du Monde, that also was not available. Ok, I guess I'll have a Lagunita. On to the food, I ordered the slow-cooked short ribs. Slow-cooked short ribs have to be juicy and tender. Well, it was tender but tasted like chalk. They provided what I expected was a sauce for the short ribs. It seemed like straight soy sauce. I thought I needed a high blood pressure pill! Needless to say, I didn't eat the plate. The staff did notice my displeasure and took my plate off the bill. So, that was very nice of them. I'd go back ), but try something different. Thanks to our server again. I forget her name but she helped to salvage the night.
