The food was amazing and the service was great for the first part of our time there. Half way through we got a new server but the service was not the same. I took my wife there for her birthday but didn’t get the same celebratory experience as everyone else there. It was a disappointment but we made the best of it.

Overall incredible experience! The food was amazing and the service was super attentive. We were a big group of 8 people and everyone was taken care of throughout the whole lunch. Definitely recommend this spot for a delicious mid week lunch!

First review ever. Loving Mexican food and having eaten it everywhere, Talavera was an enlightening and amazing experience. From an endless list of premium tequila and mezcal to the best margarita I ever had, we were truly floored. The food was regional and national, from the best queso fundido to the tacos to the mains from around the country. Side salsas were bright and heat was real, along with flavor. Bread pudding on par with any I’ve ever had (except mi abuela). Valet in front and mariachis on call for any special occasion. Will be back to experience this again.

My experience was amazing the vibe of the restaurant was absolutely incredible from Patricio the host with the warm welcoming smile and greeting to all the servers who gave me great attention but from all the servers there there were some who showed us (me and my girlfriend) incredible service one of our servers was Thomas and he was absolutely fantastic a great server who made sure we got everything we needed and the other was Julian who paid lots of attention to us and made sure that if we needed something we got it absolutely amazing service from those 3.one of the most amazing places I’ve been with that has amazing service I hope to come back and be greeted by Patricio again and served by Julian or Thomas they are both amazing.

A lovely restaurant with good food and great service. They do a fine hamburger and crisp salads and service is great On a Friday around 6, the noise level in the bar was off the charts and made the dining room too noisy. Of course, it's mainly a bar so understanable BUT, they've taken away the handrails on the two steps that lead to the dining room. Sure, only two steps, but steep and slick. Nothing to hold on to.
