The Steakhouse American grill gets William Jack Degel’s food and decor makeover, and the result is simply amazing! Featuring scratch-made appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, craft cocktails, and specializing in STEAK. Uncle Jack’s has the look and feel of a 1900s warehouse in New York’s Famous Meatpacking District, complete with aged cement, raw vintage steel, subway tile, meat hooks, custom wallpaper featuring archival butcher photos, with flying pigs and steer heads mounted on the walls. The tufted and red vinyl seating, marble bar tops with old-school bar styling mixed in, and outdoor fire pit lounge areas provide a pop of sophistication while also reinforcing the vintage theme. Just WOW… this restaurant is amazing from the services to the food! We decide to celebrate my son graduation here because he love the steak, IF YOU LOVE STEAK PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give Uncle Jack’s a try, THANK ME LATER! Our server Nicolas was the cherry on the top, all his recommendations on point and he let us without no complains because it was a perfect celebration dinner!

We had a lovely experience. When we arrived they knew it was our Anniversary, which I mentioned when booking the reservation. Our Anniversary was mentioned quite a few times which we appreciated. Our waiter, Joe, was attentive and gave me a complimentary mocktail and my husband a complimentary bottle of wine for our Anniversary. The food was very good. The lamb chops were tender and seasoned just right. And the papparedelle pasta with shrimp was delicious. They offer a range of menu items and range of prices. You can grab a burger or have a bigger dinner (ie lamb chops). We chatted with our waiter a good bit, and he seemed genuinely interested in giving us an excellent dining experience. The decor was trendy/elegant. They offer a porch with huge a TV for watching sports. Overall we were so pleased with our meal and how we were treated.

Arrived a bit late to this restaurant. They close at 10 and I got there about 9:20. It was pretty empty in the restaurant. Everyone was so kind and welcoming even though it was almost time to close. Server offered bread and stated since they ran out they will make us fresh bread. My date and I also ordered couple round of drinks. I got the tomahawk pork chop (didn’t know pigs had tomahawk lol) and my date got the Firebirds burger. My sides with my pork chop was a little lukewarm. My date stated his burger was also not very hot in temperature. (Not cold just not hot). Overall I would definitely come back to this Firebirds location.

We really enjoyed our afternoon lunch at Uncle Jacks Meat House. Food was good and service by Ryan was the best. Steaks were a little on the pricey side but I’m sure they would have been good. Ryan our server was extremely attentive. Left a good sized gratuity as a result. Very rare to have service that good. You have to try this place.
