The latest from acclaimed Chef Marc Vetri, Pizzeria Salvy borrows its name from Marc’s beloved father, Sal. “My father has been at the center of everything when it comes to my restaurant career,” says Marc. “From the meatballs to the family meals he has made for the last 25 years, it’s only fitting that we dedicate this project to him."

Expectations not met: I have carefully chosen this restaurant for a special wedding anniversary with my wife based on its great reviews and publications. Accordingly our expectations were very high! The restaurant ambience is amazing, a lot of attention to details in every regard. The service was very attentive. The place is beautiful. Unfortunately not all plates met our expectations in terms of quality and taste. While the foie gras, the different pasta plates and the deserts were amazing, the beef tartar and the pork short ribs did not meet the standard of this level of kitchen.

This is the best restaurant in the city. Johnny and Carlos are the best. I Highly recommend this restaurant if you never ate here it’s a little hidden gem.

The Fiorella you see today is still the intimate space you know & love! Chef Marc Vetri and his team bring decades of talent & experience to this special space, creating a truly memorable dining experience. Pasta is the main event at Fiorella, with rotating antipasti and desserts rounding out the menu.

A la carte seating is available both in our indoor dining room and outdoor patio, year round.

Indoor seating is predominantly at our chef's counter, with a few high-top tables outlining the space. Table vs. counter reservations are seated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Patio seating is shaded from sun in summer and insulated with heaters in winter. Due to the nature of outdoor reservations, Fiorella may have to cancel outdoor service for severe weather.

Entering the Saloon, a family owned restaurant since it opened in 1967 is a bit like stepping into Philadelphia's past. Best gnocchi ever, super light and pillowy. Our party also had prosciutto pinsa, chicken cotoletta, and seafood pasta - all excellent. Service was fantastic; water kept filled, plates cleared, etc. New favorite spot!
