The restaurant was very slow on a Thursday but the food and drinks were good. Tried the Bao buns and they were very good, tried the waygu sliders and they were good but needed a sauce. For the main course I had the Pork Tonkatsu with risotto which seems like an odd combo but wa the best thing I ate there.

My husband and I were patrons of Hotel Hershey's Circular Dining room for forty years and I continue on since his passing. In recent years, some of the ambiance has changed, however, please know that you will always have an exceptional meal prepared exactly the way you want. You will be "well-taken-care-of" in ways you only experience in the best dining rooms and hotels throughout the United States and Europe. That not only applies to an evening dinner but also holiday family dining, celebrations of any type of event in your or your loved one's lives or other events taking place at the hotel. We have never been disappointed with the quality of food, the courtesy of the staff or efforts to make our time there "special".

Another great dinner at 1700 Degrees. Starters of a lobster tail and jumbo lump crab. Mains of dry aged NY Strip and Filet Mignon with foie gras. Sides of broccolini and roasted fingerling potatoes. Desserts of lemon tart and passion fruit cheesecake. All the food was well prepared and delicious. "Tyler" was our server and he was excellent; Friendly and efficient. The only disappointment was the 2016 Chateau Beau-Site, St Estephe which at $120 never opened up even after over an hour in the decanter. While the tannins, which were harsh at first, did smooth out after a while, there was a total lack of fruit both in the nose and the mouth. Avoid this bottle. There is no doubt that from food quality, ambiance and service, 1700 Degrees is the top dinner spot in Harrisburg. The old maxim applies, "You get what you pay for." Thanks to all in the kitchen and front-of-house for providing another great evening.

This place is a gem. Love the food and the atmosphere is fun. Mixed drinks are fabulous. The only issue was that the menu didn't say you'd get a whole fish, plus head and tail, with the one dish. A heads up on that would have helped my friend choose better. Those sweet drop peppers are great!

Overpriced menu, not much of a celebration for a first time customer on their birthday. Could have had a better table than sitting in the middle of the facility which made it hard to hear the staff and each other.

1st time here. Food selection was awesome. Appetizers were diverse and plentiful, so much that we opted for all appetizers instead of entrees. The wings were my top pick, crispy and came with six different sauces. Chocolate barbecue, bleu cheese, ranch, chipotle honey and buffalo. Rueben Perogies that had mild sauerkraut and ham cubes under the potato filled dumplings. The iceberg wedge was amazing with a thicker balsamic glaze under wedge and big crumbles of bleu cheese and thick cut bacon pieces. Our server, Tammie was the greatest. Warm knew the menu and suggested the apps and weren’t disappointed. I’d return for the wings and Tammie!!!
