The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 100 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.
Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.

We went to Stella for a special occasion. Our meals were well prepared and excellent. I had the divers scallops and my wife had the duck. Both were perfectly delightful meals. We also had the apple salad and that was also well prepared and seasoned with a delightful dressing. The dining room was very well laid out and seating was comfortable. We will definitely return and have already recommended the rest to several friends. The one draw back we had was the valet parking was a bit pricy. It would have been a better experience if there was a discount for diners.

Welcome to the Playhouse Deck! We've re-opened with a new chef, a new look, but the same fantastic views of the Delaware River. Located on the river side of the Buck County Playhouse, we cater to both theatergoers and those just in search of a great meal. Expect all-new seasonal menus showcasing the best of Mediterranean cuisine. The bar program is seasonally inspired with lots of fresh fruit and herb components that will complement the cuisine. The cuisine is Mediterranean and Italian inspired, as are the wines. The beer program will have plenty of options for local craft breweries in addition to bigger names and some imports as well.

First of all… made reservations on a Sunday at noon before a 1:30 show. Arrived early and had no problem being seated. What a great place! It helped being a perfect day in September😊. I’m sure this place gets crowded but we certainly lucked out. It was hard to choose what to eat but I went with the corn and bacon salad with a cup of soup. Yummy! My son had a grilled cheese with fries and said it was the best! We were all in so decided to have dessert/ vanilla and chocolate gelato. A two scoop portion! The wait staff was attentive and helpful even though they were swamped. I will be going back to see what it’s like in the colder weather. So glad we went! My new favorite place in New Hope!

Heather was our server in the VIP room for the Eagles vs Falcons MNF. Heather was great and kept checking on us through out the night. Service was great and she brought out the drinks and food fast.
