Our experience as always at the Hotel Bethlehem was excellent. Bob was very attentive and was overall great. I have the sound level as energetic because they had live music and the band and we knew that ahead of time since we went last night specially to see Radio One.

I’ve been here a few times before and the food is always great. I would definitely recommend the pork chop all day. Absolutely phenomenal. I would request Layla. She was an excellent server and very personable. Thank you.

I mean...I know it's about the experience, but the price you pay to eat at this place - and cook your own food - is crazy, in my mind. The food is tasty...the experience is cool...but there is zero value here. Duck, tune, steak, etc. should be cooked a certain way to be truly enjoyed. Boiling is not really an option, in my mind. I didn't even bother cooking the tuna. The duck and steak, 30 seconds. The only thing I was concerned about was the chiken...everything else, I attempt to at least preserve the potential of the protein.

The food at Madeline’s was excellent. We had the crab cakes and lobster tail which were so delicious. The service was wonderful. Our server explained the dishes offered and also made suggestions after we mentioned what we liked. There was always someone ready to assist in our dining pleasure. The restaurant was comfortable in temperature and lighting. The other patrons seemed to be enjoying their experiences as well.

Excellent table service. It was also very quiet because of the Labor Day holiday. Mixed drinks were made to perfection . They finished our night with a free Anniversary brownie that two of us couldn’t finish. Love Hotel Bethlehem!

Food is always good here! We got mussels, shrimp flatbread, fries and hummus. (The only thing I didn’t care for is the chipotle sauce they add to the hummus now.) Our server was excellent and so attentive. We sat outside which is always preferable on summer nights. Cocktails were good as well. No complaints - a Main St standby!

The food was excellent, with very generous portions, shareable sides, and solid cocktails (ask for a softer drink if you don't like strong cocktails). Ample parking and very easy to access from 222. The staff was very friendly, and the interior of the restaurant was beautiful. This is a great place for a date night or an adult family dinner. The restaurant, although has some menu items that can be modified for children, is indeed not a place to take small children, and the environment is genuinely for adults, which is great! Mixed crowd from young couples having their first date to more seasoned patrons enjoying a nice dinner. No dress code, but certainly not a tank top and shorts kind of place; consider business casual. It is also a higher-end restaurant, a meal for two will easily run you $150-200, which is on par with competitors like Top Cut, 3 Oak, and Thyme but truly worth the splurge. Solid steaks and seafood, flavorful sides, and complimentary bread service top off a guaranteed great experience. A large private room is also available for wedding parties or corporate events. Desserts are simple but beautifully confected. Overall, I would give them a 4.5/5, losing the 0.5 primarily for toe-curling cocktail strength, moderate lags in server-to-table contact, and lack of common sides like mashed potatoes on the menu. This is a must try if you are familiar with area restaurants of the Lehigh Valley, they won't disappoint!
