The Rouxpour has a Business Casual Dress Code policy in order to maintain an enjoyable environment for all guests.

• Excessively revealing clothing, exposed undergarments, and oversized, baggy clothing are not allowed.
• Clothing should not exhibit offensive language, graphics, or odors.
• Pool and gym wear is not allowed, specifically:
o Men's sleeveless tank tops
o Exposed Sports bras
o Hooded sweatshirts with the hood worn on the head

The Rouxpour's management reserves the right to update the dress code policy at any time.

• Maximum of 4 seperate checks per party

All parties of 6 or more will incur an automatic gratuity of 20%.

The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.
