The food and drinks here were spectacular! The carne asada was the best I've ever had. As is normal for these days, wait staff was minimal which led to delays in ordering or reordering drinks. It did not ruin our evening though. The air conditioning was on full and pointed directly at the tables in the bar section so we were cold. It did seem the regular dining area was warmer. All in all, can't wait to return!

Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. There is also a stylish bar and a large outdoor dining area, covered with awnings and umbrellas and surrounded by a garden of herbs and edible flowers. Marche takes its name from the French word for market – a word that describes our location in the bustling 5th street Market and more importantly, our philosophy of cooking. The menu is based on the foods one would find at a farmer’s market: fresh, seasonal, and regional. Marche is committed to using only those ingredients that are at their best, so our menu evolves as we move through the seasons of the year. Marche also believes in using the highest quality and most healthful ingredients available and to that end use organic, free range, and chemical free products. The culinary technique is French-based: intensely flavored and simply but beautifully presented.

Wonderful brunch. Food was delicious and our waitress was so nice and friendly. Great Benedict and Huevos Rancheros. Nice place to walk around and enjoy all the gorgeous plants, gift shop and wine or beer tastings.

Our waiter, Bailey, was very attentive to our needs. He knew the menu and had phenomenal suggestions. The wait staff brought our food and beverages in a timely fashion, and never let our drink glasses go empty. This was mine and my wife's first time eating here and we were absolutely blown away! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience.

Locally sourced and seasonally inspired, Tavern on Kruse changes menus every 12 weeks as we weave the season's perfectly-fresh and perfectly ripe bounty into our offerings. Our executive chef, Nathan Bates, spent four and half years at the Michelin 3-Star "Fifth Floor" in San Francisco. The restaurant is an old cannery and has been converted beautifully. Large planking floors, high ceilings and a gorgeous selection of wines and spirits displayed everywhere.
