Incredible food, experience. Smaller restaurant than I expected but was so intimate you could watch them cook and prepare your meal. Pre fix set menu was perfectly catered. Truly impressive.

We exclusively offer a prix fixe tasting menu experience, with 7-Course and a 10-Course options. Both experiences are meant to honor the complex history that created each dish, as well as leave a lasting impact on all those who taste this beautiful food and listen to our stories.

República is a tasting menu-only restaurant.
We offer a 7-course menu at $128 or a 10-course menu at $150 per person.

We kindly require all guests to disclose all dietary restrictions and allergies prior to their reservation. We are unable to accommodate allergies to nightshades, chile, allium, rice . Additionally we are not a gluten free kitchen and are unable to provide nut and seed free diners.

Uniquely designed well thought out wonderful two hours. Every course was delightful and the preparations were creative and paced exactly as I requested. We had a team of four serving us seamlessly. It’s more an experience than a meal. A splurge but you get what you pay for!

We had an outstanding experience at De Noche from the moment we walked into the restaurant. Great service. Exceptional cocktails & wine (be sure to try the wines from Mexico!). But the food was truly amazing. They used preparations and flavors that I had never had before. Every single dish was wonderful - from agua chilles to mole to dessert.

Starting off- Darius is a 10/10 server. Today he was training a new server, and it doesn’t surprise me he is the trainer for them. Darius alone makes an unforgettable experience. Today we were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday. Food was great but had the occasional fatty pieces of meat. Highly suggest doing coq au vin to cook your food in, perfect for all things. Darius helped give great suggestions and made sure everything we had tasted great. Would come again!

This is one of those hidden gems in Beaverton. The food is top notch and the service is excellent. If you have not been here, you should check it out! If you have been, revisit!
