Our Menus sources our ingredients from the area's best purveyors and local farmers. We dined early, 5:00 pm. The restaurant was basically empty. Our waiter Shein, was very kind & personable. The Manager came by several times to check on us & he too has a warm & welcoming spirit. The only negative was my friend & I are gluten free. He ordered the stir fry gluten free. He was just diagnosed with, so he didn’t realize his bowl appeared to be made with vermicelli, not rice! He began to have issues with his stomach before we left, but he didn’t want to complain. I realized it when he commented on how long the grains of rice were.

Everything is fresh and made from scratch by order so we cannot guarantee that we will have all of the items on the menu when you visit. This was our second time eating at 913 Whiskey Bar. My wife and I shared 2 appetizers, the waffle flight and the burnt ends Mac n cheese, both were incredible! For our main course we shared the ribs and added a side of brussel sprouts. The french fries were not crispy and were soggy, our only concern but still had lots of flavor. We both got cocktails that were very nice. Overall a great experience!
