About the restaurant
Enjoy seafood with a 'world view' while dining alongside Wynn's Lake of Dreams. From this glamorous perch at the water's edge, star chef David Middleton crafts modern cuisine that showcases his deft touch with seafood cooking. The menu showcases sustainably sourced fish and shellfish from waters across the globe: Faroe Island salmon; roasted red Alaskan king crab legs; octopus al pastor; roasted Maine lobster and dry-aged Hawaiian big eye tuna chop. For carnivores, Middleton rounds out his offering with expertly charred steaks and various add-ons. The desserts by Michael Outlaw, Lakeside's sultan of sweets, are not to be missed, especially his "Chocolate Sensation" and "Pears & Popcorn."

This is my second time at Safta in three weeks. Once again, it was amazing. Our server, who I forget his name unfortunately, was amazing. And the food is even better. You cannot go wrong here.

Great place for food and drinks! Waters’s wasn’t the most attentive. Forgot to tell us that one of the appetizers was 86. But overall a great time.

The food was absolutely terrible a few weeks ago. we’ve been there a number of times this was the worst . Carlos our server great. We decided to go back again. The manager Genaro, wanted to make sure we had better experience this next time and it was great ! We will continue to frequent Carlos and Charlie when we’re in the neighborhood.

Our top restaurant in Vegas. Menu is diverse. Food is prepared exquisitely. Service is attentive and friendly. A fun and welcoming vibe. An exceptional change from most Vegas venues. Fun free live entertainment nightly. Management is visible and ensures standards of food quality, service and cleanliness are maintained. Wow, management that makes a difference and adds value. How rare is that! Prices are well below other Vegas restaurants.
