The best crab cake I’ve had! The scallops were fantastic and only became better when paired with the pork belly and fennel. Portions are generous for the quality. The plate of broccolini was large!!

Guests will be transported from the moment they arrive, as they enter through the “bakery” façade and past the dry aged meat cooler, giving the illusion of discreetly entering through the back as many did decades ago. In collaboration with designers Studio K Creative out of Chicago and renowned designer Jonathan Adler, the restaurant boasts a variety of atmospheres, including the main bar, patio dining, the bustling main dining room, three private dining rooms and a raw bar. Bugsy & Meyer’s Steakhouse is a one-of-a-kind destination steakhouse, much like its resort’s origins, in menu, design and atmosphere. Bugsy and Meyer would approve.

In from WI on business. I have a new favorite in Vegas. My customers enjoyed and appreciated the "Bugsy Experience". Nice touch. Service at the bar was attentive, and hostess was sweet. Waiter, Chef, staff in general really impressive. The Waygu Cap and Sea Bass were spectacular! Will definitely be back with my wife down the road.

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar offers guests a taste of Fieri’s signature cuisine. It features bold flavors and unique twists on traditional dishes. Open Sunday through Thursday 10am until 11pm. Friday and Saturday from 10am until 11:30pm. The restaurant offers a delicious food menu including an extensive variety of burgers, wings, tacos, small bites and shareable food items.

The 6,500 square-foot space boasts a large outdoor patio and dining area with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The cooking space features a metal, tile, and wood theme that closely resembles Fieri’s kitchen at home. Fieri’s tattoos are also incorporated as part of the design elements throughout the restaurant and bar, including coasters, napkins and dishware, as well as memorabilia from his alma mater, UNLV.

Simply the best burgers we’ve ever had! T3 guys on a business trip to Las Vegas and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I’m a big fan of Guy and this restaurant was a destination for me on this trip. So often, these places are a disappointment. Not this time! Outstanding and attentive service and the food was perfect!
