Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. Our waiter Christopher was absolutely attentive with us, made sure he explained the menu in detail with what was the popular dish and why. Christopher constantly checked on us from the time our drinks were served to our food. Food was good but the guacamole was to salty we didn’t get a chance to taste the orange 🍊 that was infused with. Drinks were really good the margaritas are the go too for sure 👍🏼.

I made this reservation for my moms 70th bday. Our server bree( I hope I spelt that right) was amazing. She helped keep the surprise under wraps and made the experience amazing. Next time we travel from Canada to Vegas we will be back!

On our way to see Pip the Magic Dragon and wanted a place close by. Food was fast, waiter was fun and food was exceptable for a Mexican chain. Portions were on the smaller size. Don't recommend the happy hour 2 for 1frozen drinks unless you like ice.
