Amazing from start to finish. Service and food were both excellent. Visiting from out of town and wanted to get “off the strip” for a great meal and we found it. Calamari was fried to perfection, the bruschetta was plentiful and delicious, and the veal parmigiana is something I will remember for the rest of my life. This is one of those places that becomes “a must do” every time you visit. Bravo!

Since 2002, Gaetanos' Ristorante has brought our passion for real Italian food to Henderson. Family-owned and operated, we feature gourmet Italian cuisine in a fine-dining atmosphere.

Our pasta is made in-house and all of our sauces are made from scratch. Everything is cooked to-order. We pride ourselves on using the best, freshest ingredients and using products sourced from the finest in Italy. Our Osso Buco is our signature dish and house specialty.

Our curated wine list is notable and among the most thoughtful in the valley. We also have a full bar featuring specialty cocktails.

The dress code for our restaurant is Elegant Casual. In general, this means comfortable, yet polished. Jeans, blouses, tailored shorts, skirts, dresses, collared shirts, sport coats are all welcome. Workout clothes, tank tops, and t-shirts or sweatshirts with large logos are not recommended.

We also offer complimentary valet parking Tuesday through Saturday, as our parking lot tends to fill up quickly.

We love Gaetano's! The food, hospitality and ambiance were outstanding, as they always are! We enjoyed the Oslo bucolic, the veal piccata, the eggplant Parmesan, the chicken Parmesan, as well as the libations. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team.

The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce.

Guests will find a variety of vegetable-forward dishes like the Wild & Cultivated Mushroom Puff Pastry Tart with Ver Jus Sauce, Cast Iron Ratatouille, Potatoes Pureé an ode to Joël Robuchon.

Desserts are abound with chef Elia's signature Mexican Hot Chocolate Crème Brulée and her interpretation of the classic Pavlova.

The food was excellent. Especially the white lasagna and the pork shank. We also 2 bucatini pasta dishes that were excellent. The mushroom tart for an app was great to share among 4 people, and also had the corn dogs which was a surprise on the menu but was quite good. Paloma cocktail was perfect. Service was excellent. Waiter asked if it was our first time, and it was, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable with the menu and with portions. There was DJ who was awesome!! Played 80’s music and was spot on with all the great songs all of us 50-something’s grew up listening to. Was a great addition. He even came over to personally make sure it wasn’t too loud and that we liked the songs. The decor is super cool. Great vibe with this retro feel but modern as well. Surprise hit for shopping strip center location. We came because of Elia (the Chef being on Top Chef), and we were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience!! Definitely going back.

The food was good, but since it was a’la cart ….the whole thing became bit pricey for me. We had cream brûlées for dessert…not a fan. Usually the top would be a bit warm, but the inside would nice and soft. This one was completely ice cold. Anyway, the service was excellent.
