First of all, service was great! Secondly, the food was delicious. We ordered the scallops ceviche, the flavor combination was surprisingly good. And that polenta, as the base of the ceviche, was amazing. They should use it in more dishes or as a dessert and pour over some berries or something. Then we ordered the garlic and chile shrimps; delicious! My husband is not a fan of shrimp and he went for seconds. The other two dishes were the red snapper and the lamb chops. Both delicious as well. The red snapper was just a bit under salted but nothing that will prevent us from ordering it again. We will be back for sure

Fleming's in Summerlin is consistently excellent in all areas. We love coming here. Great for date night with the wife, a family dinner, or when guests are in town. Everyone loves this place. The staff at Flemings in Summerlin is wonderful and always offer a personal touch we did not expect.
