Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

Casa Di Amore is Vegas, the way it used to be! Your dining experience is sure to be delightful. Wonderful old school atmosphere with traditional Italian fare, live entertainment nightly and friendly, knowledgeable service. The DeSimone's Steakhouse is nestled in the mountains, near Hoover Dam, inside the Railroad Pass Casino and Hotel, serving quality cuts of meat, fresh seafood and Italian dishes in an Old Vegas setting. DeSimone's Steakhouse offers guests a fine-casual dining experience. A starter of coconut shrimp with an apricot sweet chili, spinach artichoke dip with warm tortilla chips, or traditional French onion soup. Guests can feast on a main course of filet mignon with lobster tail, Thai curry seabass, or indulge in our famous slow-roasted prime rib. Our restaurant also offers fresh salad, hearty soups and scrumptious desserts.

DeSimone's Steakhouse offers a selection of wine and handmade craft cocktails. Hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 4pm to 10pm.
